Follow‑up is shaped individually. Where helpful, brief notes or guidance may be shared. If further input is needed, additional clinical care time can be arranged in simple, pre‑paid blocks.

How are prescriptions and vaccinations handled?

Prescriptions are provided where clinically appropriate and issued to your nominated pharmacy. Annual vaccination prescriptions are included in the Wellness Assessment price when vaccination is planned and administered during a scheduled follow‑up visit. Other written prescription fees are capped in line with CMA requirements.

Can you administer treatments prescribed by my regular vet?

In some circumstances, yes. For registered clients, prescribed treatments may be administered at home where medically suitable and supported by clear written instructions. Medication must be supplied correctly, in date, sealed, labelled, and stored appropriately.

How should medication be stored at home?

Accepted Answer

Follow the dispensing label. Keep medicines sealed, labelled, and stored as advised, including refrigeration where required. Medication should be available at the visit for checking before administration.

Is there a fee for reviewing diagnostic results from another practice?

Accepted Answer

A fee may apply where diagnostic results are reviewed and interpreted, covering professional review, discussion, and communication. Where diagnostics are arranged directly, testing and reporting time is charged accordingly, with estimates agreed in advance.

Can you support insurance claims?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Itemised invoices are provided and insurance claims can be supported where appropriate. An administration fee may apply.
