Wellness Vet provides non‑urgent care by appointment. In an emergency or out‑of‑hours situation, clients should contact their primary veterinary practice or designated emergency provider immediately. Emergency and out‑of‑hours arrangements are set out clearly on the Emergency page.
Wellness Vet provides care exclusively for dogs. This focus allows appointments to remain calm, unhurried, and shaped around canine wellbeing in the home environment.
Yes. Dogs must remain registered with a bricks‑and‑mortar veterinary practice. This ensures continuity of care and clear access to emergency and facility‑based services where needed.
Home visits are offered within a defined local travel area around Bath. Travel availability and fees are confirmed in advance so expectations remain clear.
Online consultations are used where appropriate as part of ongoing care, follow‑up, or review. These appointments take place by secure video or telephone and are arranged to complement, not replace, in‑person care.
Yes. Wellness Vet is happy to see more than one dog in the same household. Each dog is assessed and cared for individually, with clinical time allocated per dog and travel charged per household.
