A considered approach to travel
Travel is approached thoughtfully, with care taken to balance accessibility, sustainability and the quality of time offered to each dog. Where possible, appointments are scheduled with geography in mind, allowing time to be spent where it is most needed and reducing unnecessary travel.​ This supports a calmer working rhythm and ensures that care
remains unhurried and attentive.
Areas covered
Veterinary care is offered within a defined travel radius from the BA1 postcode. ​​​​If you would like to check availability, confirm your location, reside outside zone 6 or discuss whether a visit is appropriate, please contact Wellness Vet.
Parking
When arranging your at-home appointment with Wellness Vet, please make Sara aware of your properties parking availability. This includes parking on your premises or recommended road near your home.
If MiPermit resident visitor permits are also required, please ensure this is organised in advance and Sara can share her vehicle registration details with you and expected duration of visit.
If your property does not have appropriate parking available, please contact Wellness Vet in advance of either requesting or confirming your appointment so we can discuss appropriate arrangements.
Travel pricing
Travel fees are calculated based on distance from BA1.
Clients residing within BA1 are charged £10. There is an additional £10 increase per 2.5 mile increment for each home visit.
This approach allows travel to be clear and consistent proportionate to distance reflective of time and energy required.
Each Wellness Vet enquiry is considered individually, with attention to location,
need and the wellbeing of the dog.​
