Appointments are offered Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00,
delivered at home or online for registered clients.
Availability is shaped around your dog’s home location and individual needs.
Routine evening, weekend, and bank‑holiday appointments are not offered.
Communication outside standard hours
Emails, messages, and calls are not monitored outside standard working hours.
For concerns requiring urgent or same‑day veterinary attention,
please contact your primary veterinary practice or Wellness Vet’s nominated out‑of‑hours provider.
Care is delivered unhurriedly, shaped around your dog’s comfort, familiarity,
and what feels most appropriate at the time.
