Clarity and consent
Appointments are pre‑paid to secure the booking. Following assessment, any recommended medication, diagnostics or treatment is always discussed in advance, with clear consent and an estimate where appropriate.
Written prescriptions for vaccinations and anti-parasitic medications are provided when suitable. Other prescription requests incur a standard fee.
