Comfort, movement, and steady progress.
Rehabilitative care offers structured, hands‑on support for dogs who benefit from physical therapy delivered calmly at home.
Sessions are often introduced following a Restore wellness assessment, but may also be appropriate for dogs needing focused therapeutic care at different stages of life.
Care takes place in the comfort of your home, allowing movement, handling, and rehabilitation to happen in familiar surroundings.

What to expect
Each rehabilitative plan is shaped individually and may include a thoughtful blend of hands‑on techniques such as gentle adjustments, acupuncture, and soft tissue massage. The focus remains on comfort, responsiveness, and calm handling throughout.
How a session works
Sessions are intentionally unhurried, allowing time for your dog to settle and feel at ease.
Early appointments may take a little longer as your dog becomes familiar with hands‑on care. As sessions continue, a gentle rhythm develops, supporting continuity and confidence.
Following each visit, clear after‑care guidance is offered, including demonstrated home exercises where appropriate, designed to feel achievable and well‑integrated into daily life.

Ongoing support and suitability
Rehabilitative care is not limited to recovery from injury or surgery.
Support may also be helpful for:
-
maintaining comfort and mobility
-
preventative physical support
-
managing longer‑term conditions
-
providing calming, body‑based support for stress or behavioural needs
Care continues only where helpful, with progress reviewed gently over time.
